Privacy Policy
1. Operating Entity and Scope
This Privacy Policy is issued by Shenzhen Jianmiduo Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") and applies to the public website of Seller Listing Assistant and the product's backend operations service.
The public website consists of static pages only: no account registration, no cookies for visitor tracking, and no third-party analytics or advertising code.
The backend service is available to invited business users only; its data processing is described below.
2. Data We Process
User account data: login account, password (stored as a one-way hash), roles and permissions, login and operation logs.
Store authorization data: SP-API credentials of your authorized Amazon stores (stored in encrypted form), used to call the official Amazon APIs within the authorized scope.
Product data: product titles, attributes, SKUs, images, prices you enter, and competitor ASIN references you actively provide.
AI request and result data: the product facts and requirements you submit for generation tasks, the request content sent to AI services, and the generated results.
3. Use of Amazon Data
Data processed through the Amazon SP-API is used solely for Listing management, generation, and publishing within your authorized scope, and for no other purpose. You may revoke store authorization at any time from the console.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
AI services: copy and image generation is performed by external AI services through an OpenAI-compatible API interface. The currently configured provider is a third-party API relay provider; request content includes the product facts and requirements you submit.
Cloud storage: uploaded and generated images are stored in Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS).
Server hosting: this service is deployed on Tencent Cloud Lightweight Server (US Silicon Valley region).
5. Data Location and Cross-Border Processing
The application server and database are located in the Tencent Cloud US Silicon Valley region. AI service processing involves a third-party relay provider that may handle requests across borders; product images are stored in Alibaba Cloud OSS (China mainland region). We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and server-side encryption at rest to protect data.
6. Retention and Deletion
Account data: retained for 30 days after account deactivation, then operation logs are automatically deleted.
Store authorization data: SP-API credentials are deleted immediately upon authorization revocation.
Product and AI data: retained for 6 months after associated Listing publication, then archived or deleted.
You may contact us at any time (see Section 8) to request deletion of your account and associated data; we will complete processing within 7 business days.
7. Your Rights
For personal data associated with your backend account, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will process your request after verifying your identity.
For store-related requests, you may also revoke authorization through the Amazon Seller Central authorization management.

9. Security Measures
Administrative and technical measures we have implemented include: one-way hashed password storage, Fernet symmetric encryption of store authorization credentials, role-based access control, operation logging, device approval mechanisms, and multi-factor authentication (TOTP).
We continuously evaluate the effectiveness of these measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
To preserve the effectiveness of these mechanisms, we do not disclose further security implementation details.

If this policy is updated, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
